That's why I used to calibrate them with the salt test & then label them according to their discrepancies.

Me too, basically.

I'm still waiting for my... say it... My Verona... to arrive. In the meantime, I bought an igloo coolerdor. It has another hygrometer in it. And in the coolerdor that hygrometer says about 72 degrees and 65%. The cigars are smoking great!

Works for me. These others... well... dunno.

Let me know which battery ends up making it say 64% - those are the batteries I'd get

Hmmmmm

Have some of the same ones but they usually only vary by 3-4 % RH. Thats some serious POS there. 🤔

That one on the left is supposed to be adjustable. The little knob only ticks between about the 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock positions. Nothing I did changed it from being in the 20% range.

I think the one in the middle is the closest to actual conditions in my room. Maybe I'll take 'em outside and give 'em a tropical shock and see what happens.

Current Conditions

Current Forecast

Temp: 83.5°F (28.6°C)
Humidity: 77%
Dew Point: 75.7°F (24.3°C)
Wind: NE at 15 MPH gusting to 22 MPH
Pressure: 29.75" (1007 mb)
Sky: mostly cloudy

These are the new batteries for the left and right ones:

The one in the middle has a CR2032.

Let the manufacturer/distributor know. They replaced mine free - didn't even need to send the old one.
Just sent them proof of purchase. PM me for their email address.

^ I did the same several times. Sent them back and always got a replacement which was STILL off...](*,)

In all honesty, Bs Kwaj, I haven't had any issues since I went to the jell for most (but not all) of my humis. Besides, I can usually tell if a cigar is smokeable by looking at it & slightly squeezing it. Sponginess or crackling are dead give-aways. Not brain science.
