And I felt the same way when Met converted the 3rd and 23. Good game and the way the refs were letting them play it was nice to see both teams showing class.=d> 🇨🇮

For as long as i remember my dad called it the prevent the win defense.

He and I used to always enjoy the game together. I remember as far back in 1976 when I was but a young lad we would listen to the game on the radio together. That was the year Terry Robiskie became the first LSU player to rush for over 1000 yards in a season.

Then when cable TV came about we would get Tigervison and watch the games on TV. No matter where I was we watched the game together even if by long distance. By the time I moved to Virginia we would run up a long distance bill every weekend calling each other everytime LSU scored, made a great play or made a major F U.

I really miss watching the game with him. I'm so glad that he, my son and I had the oppurtunity to watch some games together. Now my son and I do the same thing my Dad and I used to do.

Yup, great memories there. Salty and I were the same with the Braves and Bulldogs. Sure do miss it. On thebright side my 88 year old mother is a bigger Braves fan than he was so I'm able to share that with her. She's not as big a football fan, she only follows the Dogs. She allowed that she wasn't sure how many more finishes like last night her heart had in it.🇨🇮
