Like Harbolt said, I wouldn't be surprised if they tried making a connection with guns, booze, nitrates in sammitches, spousal abuse, etc.
Mental health is a definite. Perhaps they'll reopen mental institutions again & reinstate shock therapy. The adrenalin junkies will love it! Marion Barry's already wearing his hospital dashiki gown & licking his lips in anticipation.

Then the spin will probably be, 'look how well DC's strict gun control laws worked'. 🤦
