A woman of means donates 20 million dollars to the local hospital and the director of said hospital is showing her around and where her 20 mil is really gonna help out. They go into a patient room to find a man jacking off. She is very upset by this, but the director tells her that the guy rubbing one out has a rare medical condition that causes his body to produce an excess of sea man that has to be relieved or he could die. She seems satisfied with the explanation, so the go into the next patient room, only to find a nurse blowing a guy. She is incensed by this and demands an explanation.
