I was walking along the beach last summer when my wife said she was hungry. So I reached into the picnic basket and gave her a ham sandwich.
Then I said to her; "you know, this is exactly how our federal health care should be. You only got the sandwich because I wanted to give it to you, not because I had to. What's wrong with Obamacare is that they would make me give you the sandwich."
She took a bite and and was thoughtful for a moment. Then she said; "you've been drinking again, haven't you."
