The 30 round magazine is MUCH more safer.

You guys are all missing an important detail. You kinda need bullets and a gun for the magazine to work as designed. Pretty much the only way you can get hurt from a 30 round magazine is to club yourself or someone in the head with it.

Compare a "law ABIDING citizen" with a 30 round mag to a stoner driving a car.
One is abiding by the law. As in present tense.
The other is impaired and in control of a 2500 lb mass with momentum, just waiting for the beep of a text to distract them in between twinkie cravings.
