On my drive in, while sliding through the snow and ice this morning, Santana's Europa came on the radio.

Is there a better instrumental out there?

Because I can't think of one.

Great song. But not even best Santana instrumental. I like both, but prefer Samba Pa Ti.

Others to consider: SRV's Little Wing, Steve Vai's For the Love of God, Allman Bros' Jessica, most any Jeff Beck,

I gotta go with "In Memory of Elizabeth Reed" ABB

Consider:

"Green Onions"

"Frankenstein"

Perez Parado - Cherry Pink and Apple Blossom White

****** Dale - Misirlou

I'll think of more.

It's easy when you take the liberty to name several at once.

Give me the greatest.

Ever.

As in ONE only.

Led Zeppelin "Kashmir" with the London Philharmonic Orchestra

Now thats an awesome sound!

Link Wray - Rumble

First use of the power chord...without which 98.2% of all rock made after it would not exist.

Was actually banned in some places for being obscene and or too violent.

It's an instrumental........think about that.
