There was video of him dragging the unconscious woman out of an elevator but we don't know what preceded that. Anybody can scream spousal abuse, rape, or police brutality without evidence these days. I suspect we're overcompensating for past abuse. A sort of social reparations if you will.

If there are no mitigating circumstance (hidden from camera knife attack defense etc.), he should be jailed & undergo anger management if she files charges. (end of story)

If there are mitigating circumstances (she's a celeb chaser, liar, cheat, etc.), she should move on, get a job, and stop glomming off his celebrity except for child support.
