Check your local pet store. I have been using a digital sold under the brand name Fluker. They are made for use in a reptile tank. Cost me 17.00 here in CA. I have three
in use and they all read within 1 percent of each other.

The radioshack near my house has Hygrometers, not sure if its the only your looking for. It is pretty good size. I think it was 31 or 39.
