Chicken hits the smoker at about 4 AM
Sausage hits the smoker at about 10:30 AM
Potato Salad is in the fridge
BBQ sauce is simmering on the stove
Lemon pies are in the fridge
Peaches on the counter, tomorrow they become cobbler
Ears of corn are shucked and ready to be boiled
Sister is bringing baked beans, bread and more desserts
Cases of beer and cold drinks in the fridge
Did I forget anything???
BBQ with family from out of town at the homestead tomorrow

Have two pork tenderloins smoking today, different flavor preps on each. Bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, jambalaya, cheesy taters, and spinach salad with bacon vinaigrette.
I just had a rainbow smoothie, pineapple, strawberries,oranges, blueberries, kiwi, purple plum.
Teleport one of of those smoked pork sandwiches please.
Everything came out great.
Gots a new smoker coming tomorrow. We'll get it seasoned up for next week-end. Now, what to smoke first...
