Since I no longer cook for a living, it is fun to get back into the kitchen again.
My birthday dinner, was pan seared lamb chops, steamed asparagus, with a scratch made Bearnaise sauce, and wild rice. I paired it with a 2010 Ravens Wood Red Zin.
