Ray hit me last week with this incredible Tat and CC collection - Unbelievable.

The San Cristobal de La Habana did not make it into the humidor. It was fantastic.photo.JPG

Eric,

Wait until you smoke that Tat from '06. I think you are going to say "OMG" and have a new outlook toward aging/aged cigars! I have one or two left and I always save them for a time that I can just be sitting down, relaxing and really get into the cigar.

The San Cristobal (yes its an El Principe) was the stick that did not make it to the humidor! I torched it the next day while BBQ'ing dinner.

It was very nice. Started strong out the gate, then mellowed to a smooth smoke. Lots of full depth smoke generated. Excellent mouth-feel.Knew you were smoking a well rounded stick with plenty of age. It lasted for about 45-50 minutes, which is longer than I expected from a shorter stick. Little bit of coffee and pecan flavors, the cigar kept its character for its full length. Did not get hot until the last 1/2 inch.

Many thanks to Ray for the gift.

Ray,

What I have already enjoyed has been amazing. I can not wait to try the others. Many many thanks.

I know you will appreciate what Devil Dog (DD1700) and I conspired to do with the PIF TAG. It will keep the ball rolling for sure. We will know in a day or two. Watch for the smoldering embers.🇨🇮

Two GREAT brothers!

Good review, I get some dark chocolate as well, I LOVE those little suckers!

Mith grab you a box, you won't be disappointed, and they smoke pretty decent fresh as well.
