Your comment above is inaccurate.

the loose correlation (since a rise in CO2 makes earth warmer, and a warmer earth releases more water vapor) is virtually the opposite of the point the article is making.
NASA says that water vapor is the primary contributor and it can make the CO2 contribution more relevant.

A war on water vapor would not be nearly as lucrative.

TG, the water vapor is relavent, my point is that article states carbon dioxide increases water vapor.

We've had a steady rain here all day long. There's so much CO2 in the air, people are gonna start dropping dead from asphyxiation.
