Quite a roller-coaster ride today! In a few hours we went from being potentially homeless come Sept 1st, to our final offer being accepted on our new home after a much contested inspection report. DBIII stops over for a quick cigar & brews to congratulate us, offer his family's best wishes for our closing to go through, and smacks us hard!
