shocking. I would think the infomercial would stress they are worse than any other work out and basically worthless.

Just another gimmick work-out! Might as well buy a Total Gym from Chuck Norris. Quit watching infomercials for your workouts and nutritional info!

Some folks benefit from being a yolked up meat head. Busa occasionally has to subdue yolked up meat heads.

Sure, he has tools to help him in this regard, but if you can refrain from using said tools, there is much less paperwork.

Personally, I enjoy lifting weights. There are many health benefits, from metabolism to bone density, and even keeping healthy testosterone levels. Both my parents got type 2 diabetes from being over weight. If I do not worry about it... I'm doomed to repeat it. Not a question of if, but when.

This.

I lift, run, and do as much cardio as possible with my current . Why? Genetics and sloth are killing off my family members pretty dang quickly. Many of the ailments could have been addressed with a controlled diet, exercise, and motivation. I am by far the slimmest and fittest of the siblings at this point...and I aint no waif.

And if it does NOTHING to extend my life, in the long run....chicks dig muscle.

Thanks guys. Muscles always need a shock. It helps the muscle fibers grow. I tried different things and this new one i havent done yet.

Cardio is always a plus for shape, endurance and overall health

Find a workout you'll enjoy and stick with, whether it be crossfit, lifting 3x12, 5x5, 1x20, aerobics class, running around the block, triathlons....then add in something completely different (i.e. aerobics if you like to lift) for balance as much as you can stand it.

Eat whole foods.

Enjoy cheat foods, booze and cigars in moderation to stay sane and not be a f'in nut job fitness nazi we all hate.

Die anyway, but enjoy the trip.

There, saved you $50-100 a week on personal training and more than that on a shrink.

Oh yeah, shoot guns, blow $h!t up and ride motorcycles. Works for me.
