are you using a saw or a router for your miter joints?

they appear to be perfect.

Using a compound mitre box, not sure how you'd mitre with a router...:-k

Very nice work Paul. What do you use to cut the corners? I'm guessing a mitre saw with a planer blade? The corners look extremely well cut.

Paul, I was thinking you were using a router table. they make a bit called a lock miter that will cut a perfect miter with a locking joint that is virtually invisible.

Hey thanks for the link!! I should have known as I've watched the father / son team who do Everything on their program with routers.

Anthony, yes sir a mitre box with Freud 80 tooth blade. Both trays are completed ( corners rounded polyurethane on them...I'll post some new pics as they really pop with the finish on.

Fellas, Opel....DED....IBuckwheat....appreciate you taking the time....🍺

NOTE : for anyone who might be interested in a tray and would like to further customize it, I know a feel a who for an up charge he can laser etch whatever you'd like around the outside of the case. Ie: Tatuaje / Bolivar...etc.

Thought so. The corners look exceptionally tight.
