Had this not been on video I beleive we'd be talking about the evidence suggests the cops were in the right.

After all the grand jury returned no indictment therefore the evidence must say all is good.

Abrig are you suggesting there was an urgency to detain him given his crime? Are you also suggestion a choke hold was warranted even though against procedure. Do you really think after viewing the vidto all was kosher and folks should just move along?

I'm all for defending the police and no they got a tough job to do but there are limits and if you charge us to find something like this it takes credibility away from situations where they deserved to be defended
