I don't remember who it was that 'put his money where his mouth' was on the Caneria D'Oro Rothchild, but he was right on the money. What an 'ugly little beauty' this turned out to be. I traded away a few of the the 5-pack I got, and now wish I hadn't (but I did trade them for something far better 😉 I definately will get more of these 'ugly ducklings', as what a beautiful swan they DO turn into as you smoke them ... truly an enjoyable experience they turned out to be. THANK YOU ... whoever you are ...

Boy, you got THAT right! It's a great little cigar....ugly as all hell...but very, very tasty. The Robusto's are great. I'd like to try a Churchill or a Double Corona if they make one. Anyone know?

I have to admit Slim...The La Lunas believe it on not, almost gave me an aneurysm trying to suck some smoke out of it...but the Canaria D'Oro was incredibly good!..Very impressive!..I usually don't care for mild smokes, but these were very tasty, lots of flavor, and a great aroma!..Loved it!...Im saving the other one for later

Wow ... that really surprises me about the La Luna's. Was it the Robusto's, or the Churchill that gave you trouble. I have about 50 of the Robusto size, smoked about 20, and never experienced that problem ... I got about 5 of the Churchill's, and only tried one so far ...

(I will not name my source here, but I know the boys at c-bid will get them for you) This is the best little turd you can find for less than 2 bucks. 4 ½” long, 50 ring. Dark, veiny, oily wrapper that will tempt you to take a bite. An ugly looking stick that will leave you with a sense of accomplishment once you realize what a deal you just made. I distribute over 600 cigars a month to my cigar club, and this is the one cigar I consistently get requests for from EVERY member. A half-hour smoke, that will help relax the nerves after a long day at the office. Beer, red wine and scotch compliment this cigar well. Hey, don’t be afraid to smoke this one to your thumb, as it does no give up the entire way. I promise this cigar will impress you.
