San Bernardino County Sheriff's deputies caught by a new chopper beating and kicking a man who had stolen a horse and led them on a pursuit. He falls off the horse, gets tased, puts his hands behind his back and they commence beating the crap out of the guy. They kick him in the balls at least once then kick his head many more times.

At least it wasn't a race problem, the guy getting the beating is a white guy.

Why do we continue to keep it a secret from policemen that there are cameras everyfnwhere nowadays? I think we should mount a campaign to alert them to this new reality.

I served with several guys were cops - they told everyone long ago that if a perp runs and endangers them and others - and they catch them - theyre gonna get their azz beat. This isn't recent, nor racial - nor is it "new" news or surprising in the least.

There are more important issues to be concerned over in our nation. More liberal media unicorns, running wild.

Innocent until proven guilty.

A pre-trial beating of a person is technically a beating of an innocent.

Feel free to add "taking a couple lumps" to a standard sentencing, but if we start allowing the authorities to distribute punishment PRIOR to trial you are violating the 6th amendment of the bill of rights.
