Not a ****** thing to say at all. Regardless of his service, he should wear the uniform properly if he is going to wear it at all. One of the fist things a service member it taught the importance of wearing the uniform with pride. To do otherwise is a disgrace to those who wear it. It doesn't matter if he's the Clinton's butler anymore than it would matter if he were Bush's.
