I don't really know what you are saying but I've got no issue at all with them. Intentional or not it's a good PR move. It's funny to see folks so protective of them when I'm not saying anything bad about them.

I was waiting in line for awhile at a Chik-fil-A...the manager was helping everyone with a large order...a bus load of people that came in...saw the place was in the weeds...gave us all coupons for free sandwich! I'd also see them give a homeless man a full bag of food. They don't do the stuff like that just for PR...they want you to come back and want you well.
