How can he be the same God, if only one of them has a son?

same God in the Prequel where it all began for the three religions.

You guys both wrote sequels, (as did Mormans), can't help it if you introduced new characters later on.

All religions have become "a la carte".

You pick and choose what you want to believe and follow.

Whether it's for convenience, desire, or comfort.

Some choose peace and love.

Some choose hate and violence.

A myriad of methods used to support, justify, and rationalize their behaviors so they can sleep at night.

It's no wonder there are so many agnostics and atheists.

it is human nature to strive to create God in our own image

always has been, always will be

Christians do it, atheists do it, etc

the penultimate is to name ourselves god

which we are all guilty of as well (whether we know it or not)

well the God of the Christians has very different attributes from the god of the moslems

from His makeup (Trinitarian) to His nature (accepting of all rather than accepting of only the chosen, bridges the gap between man and God by coming down to us rather than us trying to hopelessly work our way up to Him, etc)

so someone is either worshiping a different God or someone is very wrong

semantics perhaps, but though interpretations split after the OT, the OT is where THE God becomes known

sure

but if we truly study it

Don't forget Buddhism. While not from the exact family tree (which Judaism, Christianity and Islam definitely are no matter how some want to pretend they are not) Buddhism has many common elements with Christianity
