I agree. Have ranked votes. The tech is available. Not saying that any of those listed in the link is good or better than others but we can come up with something.

The 2 parties now have an alliance to keep both in power by eliminating alternative threats. I know a candidate that ran as a republican but wouldn't tow the party line had funding cut from the party in a local race. They'd rather have a dem hold an office rather than a rogue official voting his conscience under the umbrella of the party.
