So Shana got a shipment here today. Whoever you are (Victor?), you made her cry!

I don't know that I've seen Shana smile that big in the past three weeks so thank YOU from us for making our day a little brighter. Rainbows, unicorns, hearts and chocolate...what woman wants more than that? 'cept maybe this backlog to be over and done with.

So, I'm walking into the kitchen. I see our receivables lady with a cart full of boxes. I see the box and immediately started crying. This definitely made my week. You definitely know how to cheer us up.
