Who COMPLAINED ABOUT VIETNAMESE
FISHING at his favorite FISHING spot near a damn
Spillway....

He said the VIETNAMESE were there everyday
Catching bluegills, crapies, carp, catfish, fat head
Minnows, small illegal bass ...etc..
And THEY KEPT EVERY FISH THEY CAUGHT AND NONE OF THEM HAD FISHING LICENSES...

NO WAY YOU COULD DO THAT IN PENNSYLVANIA...
the FISH wardens would fine them everyday and never give up...

He might a had a FISHING "handle" ???

What about Hillbillyjosh ? He vanished then showed up again for a brief time and vanished again.
Sems like a lot of folks come for a while and vanish - where's Cacman and will he return ?
I used to annoy Qmpash, but he left after they banned him for something he didn't understand and only showed back up once or twice. Wish I knew what his current favorite cigars were so I could avoid them.
