Started off with some fried channel cat, yellow cat, and gaspargoo with mexican short ribs (beef and pork) on Saturday. Sunday was a roast of Prime Rib, Pork ribs, King Crab, smoke ham, and shrimp. The sides were simple, russian poato salad, green bean casserole, rolls, and salad.
