Da Rulz.
1. Must be an active member of the forum.
2. Must have completed your n00b/vet trade or at least participated in another noob game. n00b box pass, NoNV, n00b PIB, PiF etc
3. Must only be in the U.S. APOs are allowed.
4. Must post in each months thread whether or not your "in" the lottery.
5. 5 cigar minimum payment each month.
How it works
1. Each slot has been assigned 3 random number by me between 2-34. With the numbers 1 being for OpFTH and 35 unused. Players will choose their slots by order or signup. Any objections to this we can redo if so desired.
2. Total of 11 players, anymore will be placed on a waiting list.
3. The winner will be dropped to the end of the waiting list and a new member will be added.
4. The drawing will be the last Saturday of each month. The winning number will be the Georgia powerball number from the Georgia powerball drawing.
5. The prize is a 5er (no dog rockets) from each of the losing players.
6. You will have 1 week to get your payment out after the drawing. Failure to comply will get you ousted from future lotteries.
Non payment or failure to pay by the next drawing will get you removed from the game, get you flamed on the board, and beaten senseless by Rams Bat.
It is the winners responsibility to message his/her addy to the losers. It is also the winners responsibility to post nonpayment for all to see.

Rule Change. OpFth will now be assigned numbers 1 and 35. This will eliminate the "push to Wednesday scenario" and give the troops twice the chance for a good bombing.
