I agree. Nothing to do with Stuart Smalley, let him roast, but is anyone else concerned that just the accusation seems to be enough? Could this become the new McCarthyism?

IMO - if it was over 10 years ago, you had ample chance to say something, and the statute of limitations has run out. Not to mention the probability of being able to prove your case.

Maybe I'm overly picky but I see a distinction between the photo and her description of the "rehearsal"... the photo doesn't look to me like anything. In poor taste, dumb... but definitely not sexual predator activity... he's making funny faces in front of a camera... clearly he's not doing it for sexual arousal. But what he's accused of during the rehearsal is much worse. That smacks of forcing someone to do something they aren't comfortable with for your own perverse needs.

Now if also like to point out that he has apologized immediately and appears to be contrite.
