THAT GUY HAS PASSED SO MANY UNFUNDED STATE MANDATES THAT CALI-PORN-NIA SUCKS TWICE THE $$ FROM THE NATIONAL GUBMENT than it puts into it...
Now , HE PASSES THE RECREATIONAL POT LAW JUST TO TAX DOPE AND PAY THE INTEREST ON THEIR BILLIONS IN THE RED STATE DEFICIT...without the new pot tax the pension system would go BUST BY AUGUST 2018....

Thank goodness they didn't do this while Barry was in office. They would have the full wait of the corrupt DOJ at the time after them. What's great is they made the signs so official looking. Most liberals probably saw that and thought, that's great Gov. Brown bout time the state spent tax dollars to welcome in more votes !
