As an Indians fan, I knew this was coming, we all did. Really though, many Native Americans are offended by the name "Indian", so I wouldn't be surprised if the name is gone soon too. I am cool with going back to the old school Cleveland Spiders or Cleveland Blues...although not sure what sort of mascot/logo you would have for the Blues. If they keep the Indians name, make a cool logo with a feather or even a strong, PC looking NA. My HS is called the Indians and a guy I graduated with came up with a really cool NA logo that they use sometimes.
Search Canal Fulton Northwest Indians and look at the pictures, you will see the strong NA right away.
