The camera angle from the "still picture" I saw yesterday did not include "the second gate" structure....
First, by the road is two pillars, no gate.
30 ft back is 2 more pillars and a L.O.W. white gate...

SEVERAL ACRES are between the house and the gate...my guess is that hoity toity zoning laws of RICH " BEDFORD " HAS A little to do with the appearance of the simple white gate and many unseen detection devices exist over those several acres ( or he is very dumb if they don't exist)...

Still, if it was hand delivered the person should be on video at the very least...you can buy a decent video system

I say it is sheer stupidity if the mailbox doesn't have video surveillance.
