A picture of someone shaking hands with another world leader is not equivalent to someone offering to sell the world leader our entire navy if they're willing to buy the penthouse of their new hotel.

But simply showing photos of some world leaders shaking hands only highlights that you have no understanding of what is currently being investigated.
