howdy Bogey,

What part of Oregon is Miller lake in? I fished a few lakes in the southern Part, around Medford and such. I love Oregon and hope to move there after I retire (in 30 years or so).

I was afraid to open this when I read "4 lb Brown Trout"

Miller Lake is 13 miles west of Chemult...which is about 1/2 way between Klamath Falls and Bend on Hwy 97.

It's located on the western side of Mt Thielsen, I'm sure the Bald Eagles I was were jumping the ridges to hit Diamond Lake, Crater Lake, and Lemolo. All are within a few miles on wing, or 1 hour driving distance if you can't fly like an eagle!

Hopefully I'll see you up there when we BOTH retire in 30 years.

Thats a nice fish, best I ever caught around Centennial WY, was 2.5 pounders, but oh so tasty! I need to get back there.
