Click the red image of the cellphone in the bottom border - to the left of "the fine print"
Ta-DA! you are in mobile mode.
In mobile mode,
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click the words "Desktop View"
Ta-DA! you are back in normal ("online") computer mode.
Can't get much simpler than that.
