I was born, raised and live in Bama, but have been a Browns fan my whole life. First real memories are Ozzie, Sipe and Kardiac Kids. Actually, Ozzie is why I became a fan (Roll Tide).

GO BROWNS!!!

I was at the game back in 1970sumptin when Mike Phipps broke his arm. They brought in some relative unknown named Brian Sipe. It was then that the Cardiac Kids were born. If I recall Cleveland went on to win that game.

Cardiac Kids fever ran rampant for years. It was a beautiful thing.

Watching the Wizard of Oz was amazing. A true Hall of Famer.

I think people tend to forget it is only a game. There are more serious issues facing us these days than who goes to the Super Bowl. JMHO

The hardest part in losing one those two AFC championship games -"The Fumble" not "The Drive" - was watching Jeremiah Castille strip the ball from Byner and fall on it at the goal line.
Castille is an Alabama alumni. Ouch.
Both of his sons play for Bama now - no one around me at Bama games knows why I curse their dad every time they are introduced 🙂
