it is now at the "I will send you some cigars " stage before the question can be asked...since stinger88 was the last to send cigars to bc85, it's his turn to ask the question, "who wants to send me some cigars," after bc85 posts that he got them...

once stinger posts the question, and you want to play, then you can post that you'll send him some cigars...he will PM you his addy...it is up to you what cigars you care to send...post the USPS tracking number when you send them...

after stinger posts that he received your cigars, then it's your turn to ask the question...and someone will respond, at some point...
