She is a real hunter, too. mice, lizards, anything that skitters or runs. And do not let it run in a hole!!!!!!

Wife got her just as we started dating, so she was ruined by the time I got here permanent, never been around one, always had beagles, hunting dogs, Doberman, Black Mouth Curs, mutts, etc.

They are fierce little rascals, pretty loyal and quite good mousers and house dogs

not really, although I could actually start taking a few of the bottom leaves as they begin to droop around the edges, wait too long and they will start to brown in the field, not as desirable

So did Nick help you get your leaves hung and dried? Are they still drying? Taking torcedor classes yet?

Nick ain't gonna bust a grape!

Although he is MORE than glad to sell those videos, hehe

Some got sent to Lou2row, and he made some COOL ashtrays sing them as forms.

Some I leaf cut, the volada, and seco, they also got hit with worms pretty good a few times.

One or two I left the flower for seeds, the rest I either stalk cut in the fall, or had already put the mostly dried leaves in one of my coolidors, a few of the stalks burned in our home fire. I think there may be one in the shed, can't remember

hehe, we're headed south, just not your way. WIfe's fall meeting is in St. Pete Beach and has been for a handful of years now. We haven't been back to Orange Beach since I last saw you my friend.

Numi, great to see you drop in here for a visit. Should be a great time to be in St. Pete, weather getting cooler and no major storms on the horizon. Hope y'all have a safe and most enjoyable trip.
Maybe one day you will find your way back to OBA.
