I need to try some others

Been meaning to try some myself but I’ve been on a self-imposed Can’t-Buy-Anything-New-Until-I-Finish-An-Old-One-First ban. Better start swigging that Kirk & Sweeney 18 (...oldest and lowest rum bottle I have...) more often!

Same. I've wrapped up an old bottle of tequila, working through the rest of a cognac, and the aforementioned rum. The plus side of quarantining is it's really allowing for more drinking time.

It's way up there on my fave list.

make sure ya get the green label when buying Diplomatico, though others, for less money, have their uses.

Rhode Island rum...been quite a while but I seem to recall expecting better, based on the advance pub.
If only someone could find the rum thread...

Z- found a bottle of Thomas Tews pot-still from Newport RI, mid 30's...meh.
Nice vanilla nose, no character after that. Save your money.
