I haven't been carded in YEARS, but my wife gets carded ALL the time! I can't complain, she actually does look like I robbed the cradle, hehe. She can still rock a bikini as well!!!

I sent the small keychain version of my Kroger card to headquarters along with the processing fee and they fixed my right up. Even mailed me a confirmation post card.

I have 2 orders in processing and have sent all requested information. I have not heard back form anyone. I have called the customer service number twice and wasn't able to talk to anyone. The first time I was on hold for an hour then hung up and I am on the phone now for 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer.
