What'cha eatin'?

I bought some short ribs. Wife is marinating them Korean style... she'll grill 'em up tomorrow afternoon. Potato salad side, and I'm sure she'll figure out sumpin' else.

Cuz the Pats are gonna suck balls again? It's okay, buddy... you'll get used to them sucking again.

I've been waiting 20 years for the Niners to be relevant again.

If they are done NORTH Korean style, there won’t be any meat.

Might do some steak and cheese stuffed pretzels.

Party already has ribs and chili, so I'm going in a different direction.

One thing is

A pan of Hawaiian rolls

Slice all the way through

Ham n cheese

Glaze for top:

Butter syrup and brown sugar

Melt and blend and pour over tops of rolls

Put in preheated oven at 300 for 12 minutes to brown

Pig out

My football dip. 1xl can, or 2 large cans (depending on what I can find) of Brooks chili beans, 3/4 to a large whole brick of Velveeta cheese, 2 sticks hot chorizo, 4-8 drops of Dave's insanity hot sauce.

Blend the beans up completely to a mush then add to crock pot, cook the chorizo on stove and transfer grease and meat to crock pot, cut up Velveeta and add to crock pot, add 4-8 drops (depending on how hot you can handle) of Dave's insanity to crock pot and cook on high for an hour or so, then keep warm until you are ready to party.

Goes great as a dip, or on a burger or hot dog instead of using a chilli.

We are doing a crab dip and jalapeno cups . Cooked a 4 lb pork shoulder last night for sammiches and potatoe salad . I might grab a pork belly to cook before the game . It's just the wife and I so this might be over kill.

Due to serious teeth alignment problems I am now in braces at age 66. I just had my adjustment Friday with stronger wires and springs and me teeth are screaming now. So I have a box of Kraft Mac & Cheese that I will cook to mush. No chips, wings, sandwiches or anything I have to chew. I wonder what pureed wings would taste like?

You can’t have any pudding if you don’t eat your meat.

I’m going to my moms as it’s my step dads birthday and they’re both Niner fans. Mom is making a turkey and I don’t know what else which scares me a bit.....so I made red cabbage last night and I’m going to make pirogies there with grass fed beef, ricotta potatoes and the red cabbage.

Just made some pimiento cheese. Gonna have some Polish Sausage with Joe's Barbeque sauce (from KC). The wife is making hummus. Got general snacky foods. Will eat well today
