There you go tossing the gloves on the ground! Yes, on occassion you see the fights, but they do not show them as a rule! Now deny that they do not have such incidients at Raider games!

My experience with Raiders and their fans has mostly been with the Raiders in LA and in San Diego! So, I should not have made a blanket statement about fights in the stands....I know in LA they were frequent and between their own "fans", so maybe the Oakland fans are not as prone to pugilistic outbreaks.......! So maybe I was wrong in that part of the statement, I do know one thing Raiders vs Chiefs is always a great game and will continue to be so!

*sigh*

I don't have any problems at all with how you choose to react to postings on an internet site. It's your life, I was merely pointing out that you needn't get upset about it.

I could choose to get angry with your perceived aggressive comment, but I choose to let it go for what it is. Words from a guy sitting safely behind a computer screen.

No sense in posturing... we're miles apart and will probably never meet.

I happened to like the Raiders of the seventies up until they whipped a more powerful Redsking team in the '83 Super Bowl.

But what gives, Mike? Getting mad at some upstanding bros like MACS and Charlie over a stinken GAME and their perception of Raider fans???

I've seen what you do with special children & it takes a special person with a big heart to do that.

It seems that you're ready to throw down at any provocation. Take it easy. It isn't worth it.

Bloody, I'm not pissed at MAC. If I was I'd have said a lot more. I was being sarcastic. Now, charlie is a different story. He just says crap that isnt true, and I dont like that.

Hey, the man (Charlie) is still living in the era of Len Dawson, Willie Lanier, and Hank Stram.

Can you blame him?!

Sorry Charlie but it had to be said. LOL!!

Oops, almost forgot they borrowed one of the best QB's of all time for a couple of years- the 49'ers, Joe Montana. LOL!

The Raiders are 9-23 over the last 2 years! Deny that one!

You are so right that era of KC Chief football was about as good as it gets, as Stram changed the way offenses hit the field and he also had a great mind for defenses!

You forgot Johnny Robinson, Otis Taylor, Ed Budde, and Jerrel Wilson (second greatest punter of all time behind Ray Guy)! Guy and Wilson both went to Univ of Southern Mississippi!

To say I love the Chiefs would be an understatement! Sellout crowds for every game and a great heritage.....they will be back!

See... I never raider bashed.

I was just asking tranny why he tortured himself... and by that I meant; continually opening this thread, just to get himself aggravated by the raider bashers.

To each their own.

Charlie, I saw Otis Taylor perform several, acrobatic, one-handed catches to beat the Skins one year!

It didn't matter how many covered him, he would outjump them & make the clutch catch.

Incredible athlete w/great concentration!

He made our great Hall of Famer, Charlie Taylor, look like a piker.

Now, I'll let you get back to goading Trannymk. LOL!

I haven't Raider bashed either, but Tranny thinks I have because I tried to make a bet with him on his precious Raiders vs the Chiefs! Facts are facts, they are not bashes and 9-23 is a fact!

About the crowd fights at the games. I've seen an average of one fight every couple games. I've been to A's games where they've had fights. I've been to 49'er and Giants games where they had fights. I went to a Steelers game in Pittsburgh where there were no less than 5-6 fights in the stands. I've had a fight erupt next to me in the stands in Phoenix. I've even been to a couple high school and college games where there have been fights.

Guess what....you put 10,000 to 40,000 people in a small area and someone is gonna step on someone elses toes. Add a couple beers and its inevitible.

If anyone here can prove the Raider fans get in any more fights in the stands than any other team...then prove it. I've gone to most Raider home games and have seen no more problems there than any other stadium I have been to in the country. As a matter of fact..I've seen less due to the fine level of security represented there. Anyone who feels different is talking out of their A$$ and basing their opinion on some old stereotype. If I didn't feel absolutely safe...I wouldn't take my kids. Ditto for 20,000 or so season ticket holders like me.

Respect your opinion, and have no problem with what you say and as far as I am concerned. That is it!

PS Let's move on, as I am sick of the Raiders!
