Corporations have committed crimes. Lots of them.
Pharmaceutical companies have both committed crimes, AND committed acts that were not crimes, but led to many deaths. These are the reasons the FDA was both created, and the basis for many of the regulations.

Of course some companies do better than others at following the regulations. But if you had even the slightest inclination to have an intelligent discussion, you would have looked into how the system is set up to reduce the ability for a company to avoid following it.

It's difficult for a company to skirt rules when multiple people have to review things and are legally liable for any violations.

Can laws be skirted? Yes. But it becomes much more difficult the closer you get to critical points. More people get involved, and paper records get created.

But again, you're not actually trying to have an intelligent conversation. That is clear now.
