I don’t have the greatest perception of CBID’s customer service . On hold for 1h:30m then disconnected. Part of my order was missing from shipment. Sent email as well. I guess if I don’t hear anything in a day or two, I will file a dispute with AMEX. Perhaps that will get someone’s attention. Frustrating.

Before doing that check your order history. When I was missing 15 cigars from an order this year, I noticed a second shipment on my order history and it was those missing cigars.

weird...Customer Service at one time was the best thing about CBid...wonder if they trimmed staff after the expansion and have the same CS crew serve that function for the giant sized enterprise...that would be the current capitalist max profit model...

I am having the same exact problem. wrong quantity shipped. have waited over an hour on the phone twice, and have sent question through their online form and I have not heard one thing back from them. I think disputing the charge is the only recourse I have. I've been trying to reach them for more than 2 weeks now without any response.

Same here; I forgot to change my cc # when I ordered. I rec'd an email asking me to call. Waited over 45 minutes w/out answer. Changed the cc# online, but they haven't updated my order. Sent email through online form, no answer. Gonna make me stop ordering from them if I can't even give them this kind of information.

Has anyone heard anything from customer service lately? I’m still waiting on multiple lots that closed 3 weeks ago to be processed. Emailed customer service with no reply.

you *****uers ignore us for years, a decade plus in some cases, and in the middle of a pandemic you seek our help!

First, go head to head with jpotts in the politics thread, then maybe I'll look into your stoopid problems about a 5 pack of crepe wrapped cigars on back order.

In the meantime, excuse me for saving humanity first.

I have a lot of work to do...
