I would take a look at the rest of the forum post and see if there are other people having problems.
...plus.... winning items that are now on "Back Order". How can you auction something you can't deliver on?

I don't know but they have been doing it for about a decade or more.
I have noticed that as well. along with increased shipping costs, missing items in my order (even after I won the bid).....plus.... winning items that are now on "Back Order". How can you auction something you can't deliver on?

Is anyone experiencing customer service issues like I am. They do not respond to emails and have put me on hold 3 times over 20 minutes when I call so hang up. Always had great customer serivice in past so what's changed. Does anyone know. They just say your call is very important to us then put you on hold and don't answer.

I emailed yesterday and yet to receive a response 24 hours later. I am on hold right now for 20 mins. My cigar ship day is Tuesday and my order hasn't even processed yet. Not sure whats going on. I have placed many orders in the past and have never had these issues.
Weber never did answer the phone and they usually have great customer service. I wonder what could be happening?

EVERYONE is pretty much getting through at 51 minutes... If only you had held on for just one more minute...
