I want me a revolver for me and the wife for home security. Semi automatics are not a good option when in a stressed situation. I have one on each side of the bed a revolver I think would be a better choice. Thoughts are sure welcome and what you would buy.

Thought about moving next to you. I know you would keep me straight and I would not have worry about home invasion . Because they know what you are packing.

.38 special, if a couple loud shots don’t scare them you can always throw it at them 😰

The Python is a classic and smooth as butter. You might want to try some smoother drips, Hogue has some great offerings in wood and rubber. Python grips have a raised checkering the acts like a file when firing .357 ammunition. I've got the target model in .38 Special only, but I had a standard six inch barrel in .357 Magnum. It was a tough on the hand with 158 grain .357 loads and it is the one pistol I regret selling.

I carried it in a fanny pack. It worked pretty well. We were meeting friends for lunch and I wanted to show it to my buddy. I normally carry a Kimber 9mm Micro, or a 32 Seacamp (Back pocket walet, or my KelTec 22mag MPR. On holiday's I carry a 1911 to mom's.

I adore the look of these stock grips...... so sexy, but I agree with you, if I spent time shooting it, it isn't an ideal design. I think I might google some options and see if anything pops. Pun intended.

If you like the originals look, you might try what I did. I found an old beat up set of oil soaked Python grips at a gun show. I leached out the oil, ground off the checkering then refinished them.

Every time you pull the trigger it goes boom. Not so much with semi autos.

That looks like a lot of pistol to conceal carry. 🌫

Also, I doubt it comes in pink. [sarcasm]
