I had posted a question in the cigar forum a few weeks ago regarding which ISOM between a Cohiba or a Monte #2.

Most said Monte #2, so that is what I got. Now my question is, are they real?

I trust the guy I got these from, but I don't know the guy HE got them from.

So I will post a few pics and hopefully those of you in the know, can tell me.

Is the insert card paper or "glassen"?

from a friend from a friend from a friend - or from a reputable dealer? hard to tell from the pick. Could be a real box and fake smokes.

At least the bands look pretty good from what I can see. The symetrical layout on all is consistant and even. Without tasting, and only this pic, you might be in good shape. How do they smell? If you got a hint of manure, your in good shape. You can always send one or two my way and I'll compare with the others that have found my way into a humidor.
