I live in a Historic district. The house (at least the original section is almosr 200 years old) Original wood floors and four brick fireplaces.

My wife and I want to get nice hardwood floors. Not that laminated crap with a razor thin sheet of wood.

The stuff is very expensive...for the good wood that is.
