“Omakase”! Love it when we sit at the sushi bar. When it’s a seasonal item, the chef will tell you what it is and how best to eat it.

Thanks my brother. Unfortunately I was rooting for KC. At least the food was good.

I know I'm not at a master level, but I have missed the nuances of sitting at the sushi bar and making eye contact with the chef, a nod, a gesture...it's like pescasexual.

They truly appreciate our appreciation of the art and craft, I'm sure you understand.

It lifts and transcends an otherwise stuff-your-face-all-you-can-eat alternative to something beyond satisfying your hunger.
