But ok maybe you've changed your worldview & now believe in truth, knowledge, universal law & logic. So where do you get these without God?
What is your ultimate authority? Most ‘unbelievers’ have never given this question much thought but the answer is often: “My own human reason.” My question then is: “By what authority do you use human reason as your ultimate authority? “Um…my human reason?” This logic is entirely circular!
Again we've already been over this but by your (previously professed) worldview you could be wrong about everything you think you know.

My wrong example of what? People back then believing the world is flat? People STILL believe the Earth is flat, are you saying you think there were less of them back then? Thought you believed in logic.
As far as me saying I could be wrong about everything I think I know... where did you get that from? I think you pulled that one out your azz. Because I never proclaimed to know the the things you're interested in.
I don't know if there's a god, don't care if there's one or not. I am pretty sure that if one exists, it didn't make us in it's image or gives a sh*t about us in the slightest... I believe the people that put labels on things would label me an atheist of the agnostic variety.
And the other thing you care about... oh, that's probably the only thing that you care about. In your mind "knowing" that you are going to be saved and go to heaven because you're a good person. You might be of the Evangelical variety where all you have to do is accept Jesus... I think that one's the most popular with people with a past. You seem more like a "saved" type, I didn't go back and look up our old chats... it's more fun to refresh raw.
Also, there's no science in there. Show me where it teaches you relativity, or explains what a fermion is. What page does it discuss the inverse square law? Or the laws of thermodynamics? What page does it go over evolution... oops, didn't mean to spit that one out. You see where I'm going with this (hopefully).
With all that said, you do you! I'll argue with you on it, because it's the politics forum and that's what we do in the politics forum... But I don't really care if you're a believer or not. I'm just arguing with you about it because you're on the politics forum, and again, that's what we do on the cbid politics forum.
Also, not sure how this thread got turned into a religious argument. Not sure why you care what I think on the topic, not like we're going to change each other's mind or anything.
