I hardly ever watch the game anymore because of corporate greed, and morrons on the gridiron. To tell the truth the Owens thing does not bug me, due to the contracts that can be terminated by the owners, but not the players.

contracts....the league needs to find a way to make them stick. to me, a contract sounds like a legal binding agreement.

5 years should mean 5 years. i understand stipulations, but look at Jerry- he shoulda ritired a 49r. perhaps a change in the cap. something like, only county half a players salary against the cap if the player has been on the same team for 7 years. something like that. also, maybe a cap on rookies. no more than, say 2.5 million a year for at least the first year. i mean, where is crying leaf now?

Smoking grass isn't the worst skeleton this bum has in his closet. Wait till he tells you the story of the time he beat the mother of his illegitimate child and put her in the hospital. Ahhh, reminiscing about good times at Marshall University.
